1. Hard alloy cold heading mold
Specially designed for cold heading forming of fasteners such as screws, nuts, rivets, pin shafts, bolts, etc., including a complete set of accessories such as main molds, punching needles, cutters, tooth plates, and top pins. Made of ultra-fine grain hard alloy material, it is resistant to impact and extrusion, and can withstand high-frequency cold heading and stamping operations, effectively avoiding problems such as mold corner collapse, cracking, and wear. The precision of the formed workpiece is uniform, the thread is regular, and the surface smoothness is high. It is the core matching mold for fastener mass production.
2. Hard alloy wire drawing mold
