According to the processing materials, molding processes, and application scenarios, our core mold products are mainly divided into four categories, covering the production needs of the entire industry:
1. Plastic injection molds
Specially designed molding molds for plastic products, using high-quality mold steel for customized processing, suitable for various plastic materials such as ABS, PP, PC, nylon, etc. We can produce products such as home appliance casings, electronic accessories, plastic parts for automobiles, daily necessities, and plastic parts for medical devices. Mainly used for metal sheet processing, including punching, bending, stretching, cutting, forming and other processes, it can process metal materials such as stainless steel, cold-rolled steel, copper, aluminum, etc. Widely used in electronic shrapnel, hardware accessories, automotive sheet metal, precision terminals, hardware casings and other products. The mold is made of high hardness and wear-resistant steel, which is durable and has stable stamping accuracy. It can achieve automated continuous stamping production, greatly improving production efficiency.
3. Die casting molds
Specially designed for die-casting of non-ferrous metals such as aluminum alloy, zinc alloy, magnesium alloy, etc., suitable for automotive die-casting parts, communication accessories, precision hardware castings, smart home metal accessories and other products. The mold is resistant to high temperature, high pressure, and is not easily deformed. The internal flow channel design is reasonable, and the castings are fully formed, without pores, and have a good appearance texture. It is suitable for mass production of high-pressure die-casting machines.
4. Non standard customized precision molds
We provide one-on-one customized non-standard mold services for customers with special product structures, irregular sizes, and special process requirements. Covering small precision molds, large structural molds, complex inverted molds, two-color molds, embedded molds, etc., it can meet the personalized production needs of high-end precision components and irregular industrial parts.
